Bio
Some say guitar heroes were a luxury of the past. Multi-instrumentalist and guitar prodigy, Colton Fleure, seeks to put this statement to rest as he navigates his way through an increasingly electronic musical world. Growing up in rural Ohio and having the influences of the classic rock giants of the 1970s and ‘80s, Fleure has been able to develop his own style of playing while being adaptable in many situations. He has shared the stage as a guest with many national and regional acts, including Stolen Silver and Da Land Brass Band. Fleure is also an active studio musician, having appeared on songs for artists such as Olivia Kramer and Carter Bennett. Fleure has done notable performances at CMA Fest in Nashville, TN, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH, as well as countless northern Ohio venues.
Fleure is currently works as the Guitar Technician and Stage Manager for Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band. He also is an avid guitar instructor, teaching those of all ages and skill level. He has also taught audio engineering courses at the collegiate level.
Fleure completed his M.M. in Music Technology at Southern Utah University (UT) and his B.A. in Commercial Music from Tiffin University (OH).
Outside of music, Fleure is an avid outdoorsman and craftsman.
